Hello from the Lansinks
It's a little over due for an update (sorrry). But it goes to say that "no news is good news".
Drew is doing great and is just finished his first coach pitch baseball game. Loves the game and does very well. He continues his 3 month check-ups. We had a check-up in February and both of us passed with flying colors. Just the 2 of us went down to Omaha, so that was kinda special too. We spoiled ourselves!
Dena started minor softball and really enjoys that as well. She just turned 10, April,27 and had a few friends over for a Karoke Rock Concert theme party.
Holly continues to work at school and going to school. She will be taking classes this summer as well to keep on track with her goals.
We also got a shih-tzu puppy for christmas named "Ella". Seems she is still taking main stage with the kids.
I have check-ups every 6 months with Dr.Armitage and see Dr.Oei every other month. I am still putting out too much protein, so were trying to get that under control. I just had a 5yr. anniversary at work, so Holly and I took the day off to ourselves. I am also coaching Drews coach pitch ball team and truly enjoy the game at that age. My workouts have been halted somewhat with my left foot. Discovered I have plantar fasheitis. Very painful and only being off it heals it. Can't wait to move past this to get on the bike again.
If anyone is ever in the neighborhood we would love to see ya. Hope all have a good summer.
