Well this is the last entry until Stephanie's next surgery in October.

The girl that hit her pleaded guilty of 2 lesses charges and guilty of driving on the wrong side of the road. DUI was not allowed because they did not have her permission to take the blood. Her lawyer did tell the judge of the original charges. So at least he was aware of the situation.

We were able to tell the judge what this accident did to our lives. AND WE DID.

We also said we did not want her to go to jail.

He gave her 15 years for counts of driving reckless causing great bodily harm to be served consectively and 1 year for driving on the wrong side of the road. He then gave her probation for 16 years. He also has to pay for all that Stephanie encures in debt that is not paid of by a third party.
