Dear Friends,

On the move! That is what describes Livey Joy’s every waking moment. Nothing is safe from her curious hands and we are so grateful. She is simply the cutest, smartest and sweetest baby on earth. Okay, maybe she is naughty occasionally. She has added pulling up and walking along furniture and walls to her resume and can now say about ten words. She is fitting right in with the rest of this talkative family. Her health was so fragile just one year ago, that none of us could imagine how active she has now become.

Livey’s health has been very stable the last several months, with only a few illnesses that required increased medications and a lot of breathing treatments. Eating is still her biggest obstacle. She is eating some, but not nearly enough to gain weight and grow properly. So, most of her calories are still g-tube feeds. Our prayer is that she will soon be eating enough calories to remove her g-tube, so that it will not have to be relocated due to growth.

Our family so enjoys every exhausting minute with Livey Joy and we are so grateful to the Lord for giving her to us – naughtiness and all.

Love,

Pam
