DANIEL'S PAGE DANIEL ON TOP OF A MOUNTAIN IN COLORADO MIRACLES DO HAPPEN BR>
Welcome to Daniel's page. For those of you who don't know his story I will try to give you a brief summary of the past 18 months. Daniel was a sophmore in High School a starter for the Varsity football team, a great student and life was grand. On October 20, 2003 a simple bloodtest told why the headaches were so severe Daniel was diagnosed with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) the suddeness and shock of it all was overwhelming, but not to Daniel, he looked at his Dad, myself and the Dr. and said Ok what do we do? He has been that way since day one, What do we do next? He is on some sort of chemo every day. He is in week 66 of 130 weeks of treament. We have finally past the half way point Yea. December of 2004 he had his port removed and takes takes his chemo intravenously because with the port he could not begin to train for football. He as set high goals for himself and one is to earn back that spot on the high schoo football team. Each day he practices in small ways to some but it is another inch closer to his goal. I deceided to share his story and begin this web page for several reasons but most importantly because their have been so many people from all over the country that having been praying with us and for us and I wanted to let them know we feel your prayers the strength we have everyday is because of all of you. Thank you
UPDATE 7/22/06 DANIEL HAS COMPLETED CHEMO AFTER 134 WEEKS YEA!!!!!!! UPDATE DECEMBER 30 2007 Daniel is half way thru his 2nd year at Ga Tech, he is 18 months off therapy and I praise God every day for our blessings.
