Killian

We love you Granma!

On October 8, 2001, Killian was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma. He has since had the tumor removed in January and gone through radiation. He had his last dose of chemo on November 1, 2002. He is currently in remission and traveling the road of periodic check ups and scans for the next 10 years. On May 26, 2003, I formed a support group for parents and caregivers of cancer kids in my area. Please click on the link for more information or to join.

Just wanted to post a quick update. My granma passed away on Monday, September, 19, early in the morning. Killian and I just got back from Pensacola. The funeral was Friday. We are sad, but we also know that she lived a long and happy life. She was 87. We love you and miss you, Granma!
