Sierra you are cuter then Tinker Bell
with your beautiful sparkling smile
You always make people feel happy
doing it in your Sweet Sierra style

Polly Pocket, Bratz and Barbie dolls
dressed in red, blue, purple and pink
Bring to mind such happy play times
for our Sierra is what her friends think

Sierra's favorite girl to watch on TV
is a singer who plays different roles
She is an everyday girl named Miley
and also Hannah Montana I'm told

But her all time favorite is Tinker Bell
a little pixie with dust of pure gold
Coming from an island called Neverland
she is Peter Pan's companion of old

"Second to the right, and straight on till morning"
is how you get to Tinker Bell's Neverland
So we hope you like the one we've created
on Sierra's web page, we think it's grand

However you came to Sierra's web page
whether you flew or clicked on a link
Please drop her a line in her guestbook
Sierra thanks you and so does Tink!

Sierra lived with her mother in a tiny white cottage just outside the town of Mulberry. Mulberry was known for it’s warm days and beautiful summer sun rays. Sierra’s front yard had no trees only a patch of yellow daisies and purple hydrangeas with strokes of baby blue. Of all the houses in town - the sun shinned the brightest right outside their little cottage because their were no pines or oak trees to shield away it’s rays. When her friends Molly and Emily came to play, they would dance in the warmth of the sun. Their shadows would frolic on the ground. When Sierra watched the girls dresses swaying upon the grass, she wished if but for a moment - she could dance too. Their shadows were so lovely and small. They kissed the daisies as they spun around like ballerinas. Sierra wasn’t sure if she liked her own shadow - it didn’t spin in the same way the other girls did. If Sierra wanted to dance with her shadow - she’d have to do it in her wheelchair. And besides, she didn’t think big shadows were anywhere near as beautiful as
the smaller ones of Molly and Emily. She decided she would no longer play in the sun - she would just wait for it’s beams to fade.

One evening Sierra noticed a young girl admiring her mother’s flowers. One by the one the girl lifted the hydrangeas and the daisies into her nose and took a deep breath. Sierra had noticed new neighbors were moving into the house next door - the one with what seemed like thousands of big, tall trees. This must have been their daughter. Sierra decided to go out and make friends with her.

“So you live in the house next door. What’s your name?“ asked Sierra. “Angel.” replied the girl confidently. “Wow. You’re lucky. I wish we had all those beautiful trees!” Sierra said. “Yea, they’re awesome. You know what the best part of having those trees are? They make the most beautiful shadows.” whispered Angel. “Really? I always thought small shadows were the most beautiful shadows - because they can kiss the daisies as they dance.” Sierra answered - just a bit confused. Angel looked at Sierra and said “Really. My father says everything has a beauty all it’s own. True - small shadows can leap and bounce, kissing a few daisies here and there. But - big shadows can kiss the daisies and the hydrangeas at the same time.”

The next day, Sierra couldn’t wait to tell her Mom about her new friend. Her mother looked puzzled as Sierra shouted “I met the neighbor’s daughter. Her name is Angel. She is so cool!” “What daughter, honey? The Smith’s don’t have any children.” Sierra couldn’t believe what she was hearing. She strolled outside into the garden, looking across the field at the house with a thousand trees. Just then the wind blew. Sierra’s dress rustled in the breeze as the sun shinned below. Looking down Sierra saw her shadow - kissing both the daisies and the hydrangeas . . .along with a white feather that had fallen from the sky. It was unlike any feather she’d ever seen before. In fact, it looked a lot like an . . . Angel feather. From that moment on, Sierra loved her shadow. Although it wasn’t small like theother girls. Her shadow was uniquely her own. Beautiful in the way God made it. God >had blessed her with a shadow that could kiss every flower in the garden.

She spun her chair around and
. . .she danced.
