I used to work with your dad at Barclays in Dorset a number of years ago, and its been fun catching up with old friends and seeing their families. Hey Girls..... its now November... already... I really can't believe its the month before christmas already!
Its also the month of the many Biddulph Birthdays if I remember rightly!!
Have you had any snow this week? Some of my friends at Uni went home to see their families this week and had some snow there.... unfortunately Brighton as usual hasn't had any... though it is very cold!
Will you be watching any fireworks for Bonfire night next week?

Hope you and Lauren have a good week at school... is it your half term next week too?
At Uni, instead of having a half term week, we have a week off in October called 'Reading Week' where we don't have to go to any lessons, but we get set lots of work to do at home and lots of books to read!
Most people go home and visit their friends and families though... I'm going to pop home for a couple of nights towards the end of the week and see my family which will be nice.
Tonight I am doing my washing in the launderette next to my flat which is convenient, especially as its raining at the moment! Hope its not all groggy and wet in Torquay too!

But what was it like, meeting Princess Anne? Were you
excited? Worried? Nervous? or just happy?

Next, Lazytown. I didn't know what to expect with this, as
I hadn't seen a Lazytown story before; only a couple of
adverts. Some children's TV programmes I put on my 'good
list' (Sarah Jane Adventures, Desperados, Avatar.),
but a lot of them I put on my 'bad list' (Teletubbies,
Polka Dot Shorts, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody...)
However I'm adding Lazytown to my 'good' list (it was so
good I saw it twice...the wonders of iplayer...), as I
thought it was clever, interesting...and seeing you,
Lauren and your friends Natasha and Teoni was the cherry
on the cake! I thought you Nicole, were great (you can
throw balls better than me!), and Lauren was so cute in
that pink T-shirt! I think they got some great shots,
especially of you and Natasha!

What did it feel like, seeing yourself on TV? Did you tell
your friends about what you did? Did any of them see it
too?

If you keep this acting up, let me know! I'll try and
catch you if you're on TV again.

I've been follwing your story for a while now. It's great to see how much you have achieved. I started to use a wheelchair when i was 15 i'm now 17 and can't stand or walk anymore. But i love to be active and have lots of fun!
I recently went on a holiday to one of the Calvert Trust centres. They do swimming, horseriding, canoeing, sailing, archery, climbing, abseiling and lots more. Not sure if you've heard of it, but i really recomend it as a holiday, it's purpose built for people with disabilities, so everyone can take part in everything. i had an amazing time there.

I'll be looking out for you on CBeebies!

How's the summer gone so far? I hope you have enough time

Remember last year when I told you about our church's
holiday club for primaryy school children last year,
called Space Race? (If not, I think that post is still on
there) Well I helped out at this year's club too, called
Game On! but this time I did the music group, which was
great fun. However I wasn't sure I was able to do it, as I
haven't been able to walk long distances since last year,
soon after I heard of you, but I was able to cover longer
stretches on my new scooter. All of our family were
involved in it one way or the other, and we all had a
great time!

Anyway, enough about me, how's you and your family doing?
Are you enjoying the nice weather this summer?(last year
it was really wet!)Have you met up with some of your
friends this summer, or gone to Crealy? What about
Benidorm, was that fun too?

I got an exiting letter from the university I am going to today telling me I have got the accomodation I asked for.
Self catered, en suite which means I have to go shopping each week and buy my own food and cook for myself which will be fun!

Hi everyone, so pleased to hear from you all again and delighted that everything is going so well for you all. I do hope that you enjoy your cruise because you so deserve it. You are an inspiration to everyone. The only excitement we have had up here in snowy Nottinghamshire is daughter Lindseys wedding back in December - I will send you some piccies - grampy white did a star turn at the evening reception which was compulsory fancy dress - he wasnt going to come but wow when he turned up we were all in stitches. It was like a fairytale wedding with a grey horse drawn carriage paid for by the grooms sister as a surprise. ITS SNOWING!!!
Finally, we have had some proper snow in Brighton.... more than ankle deep snow!
We havent had snw like this since I was Lauren's age so its very exciting!
I am just waiting for my friends to arrive and then we are going sledging!
Great to read your update, I hope the weather does get hotter and nicer for you holiday to Brixham.
Well done on being able to start the race for life this year, you did raise loads last year so that will be lots of fun!
Anyways, I hope you have a fab day, Daddy said you have had a few snow flurries so I hope theres enough to make a snowball or 2!!

you've wanted to do. For the first time in my life, we had
snow in Easter, but it had all gone by the afternoon. I
still have one more week of holidays, to which I've got to
revise!

Hi all
It's been AGES since I last signed the book, the last time
was in early January and that was 3 months ago! I hope all
of you are doing OK, and the weather has quieted down from
last week's heavy winds.

As for me, I have now started going back to school for
three afternoons a week (I have had ME ever since last
summer) and life is almost as normal as it can be.

Are you really excited about Easter? I know I am, as I
love a bit of chocolate, and excited that I only have two
afternoons of school next week (the third afternoon is
usually on Friday, and most people'll finish on a
Thursday!)

Can you believe it will be easter very soon?!
All the chocolate eggs are piling up in the shops already!!
This week I will be going on a long journey to visit Swansea University in Wales.... Mum and I are going on the train and stayin with some relatives who live in a huge house so we will each get an en suite with our bedroom for the night - very posh!!
I have an interview at the uni so it will hopefully help me decide whether I want to go there or not!!!

I'm going to a wedding tomorrow:) Its very exciting, the little girls I know who are being bridesmaids for their mum and dad are going to have pretty little fairy wands to match their dresses... instead of flowers (which their mum is worried they might end up throwing around and ruining as they're so young!)!! I went to London yesterday to a big art gallery but by the time we had got back... I was soaking wet!!
Its my mum's birthday tomorrow so I've just been wrapping up her presents. I got her a scarf and gloves, which are a similar colour to the ones you got me for Xmas!

Hello Nicole, Mummy, daddy and Lauren. I hope you had a good Christmas and that Santa was good to you all - I am sure he was. We would like to wish you all a super duper 2008 lets hope you all have lots of fun. It will be so nice to see some nice warm weather so we can all get out and about a bit more won't it. I love your photo's of the McFly concert you must have been very very excited. I also love the picture of the horses - cousin Lyndsey would like that one cos she is horse mad - she has just got married and was pulled to church in a carriage by two grey horses - just like Cinderella.
