Alex is 21 years old.He is suffering from a GBM IV brain tumour.He started this journey in August 2002.He has had surgery which has left a hole in his skull,radiotherapy and chemotherapy[Cisplatin and Temozolomide]He also took Thalidomide.Alex is a brave and happy boy.It has left him with a few problems esp a short term memory problem and epilepsy.Thank you for visiting his web page.Please feel free to sign the guest book,we enjoy looking at it. Alex's latest MRI showed no tumour.

He has just been moved to adult services, which had been horrible. It's like starting all over, explaining things again and again, even when they have the notes in front of them. It upsets Alex as he doesn't see his problems.

He is starting his brace treatment on his teeth. Hopefully that will help him long term.
