On March 5, 2003 Deirdre was diagonosed w/breast cancer. She's 36 years old. Walk thru this journey with Deirdre and all of our family as we help her get thru this "very aggressive" treatment.

Hi Everyone, it's been forever since I've updated this site and I have to say, I like it that way. This week we had quite a scare w/Dee. A lump was found on her left breast and we had to play the waiting game to see what it was. We found out yesterday, it's not cancer.......THANK GOD. We were all very nervous, as you can imagine.

We're all doing much better now, especially Deirdre. She's scheduled to have a breast reduction in early January. This is something that should've been done already, but, for some reason Dee's been putting it off. I think this last scare will seal the deal!

Thanks for checking on Dee. She's doing well and we're all really happy about that. Please keep her in your prayers as this cancer thing can creep back whenever it feels like. We need her to be cancer free FOREVER.
