Journal

October 7th officially marked Benjamin as NED for five years. What a blessing it is. However, I am reminded of the children who have passed away from NB and those who are fighting it.

Benjamin started pre-kindergarten and loves it! He thinks he's pretty grown-up riding the bus to and from school. I admit, I followed the bus the first morning, because I was afraid he would get off at the wrong school. He didn't.

Saylor is in pre-school two mornings per week. I love the few hours I have to catch up on my studies. Saylor has definitely taken the terrible twos by the horns. She has definite ideas of how things should work in her world and she is not afraid to loudly express her thoughts.

Macy is in 7th grade this year and is back into soccer. Unfortunately, Macy opted not to play the flute this year. She has shown an interest in playing the piano, but does not want lessons, and is teaching herself to play Moonlight Sonata.

All in all, life is good. Thank you for checking in on us. Please be sure to sign the guestbook so we know you have been here. Please keep the NB children and their families in your prayers. They can use them!

Candace
