Down Syndrome Creed

My face may be different, but my feelings the same, I laugh, I cry, I take pride in my gains. I was sent here among you to teach you to love, As God in the heavens looks down from above. To Him I'm no different, His love knows no bounds. It's those here among you, in the cities and towns, that judge me by standards that man has imparted. But the family He has chosen will help me get started. For I am one of His children, so special and few, that came here to learn the same lessons as you. That love is acceptance, it must come from the heart. We all have the same purpose, though not from the start. The Lord gave me life to live and embrace, and I'll do it as you do, just at my own pace.

KYLEE ROSE ~ God saw that you were very tired, and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you, and whispered,” Come to me". With tearful eyes we watched you suffer, And we saw you fade away. Although we love you deeply, Kylee, We could not make you stay, A loving heart stopped beating, and playing hands are at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the very best. We could not understand it, No matter how we tried. If love alone could have saved you, You never would have died. You are not forgotten, Kylee, nor will you ever be, as long as life and memory last, we will remember thee. We miss you now, our hearts are sore, as time goes by we'll miss you more. Your Loving smile, your gentle face, no one can fill your vacant place.

We love you sweet Angel!
All our love forever,
Mommy and Daddy

Blain and I went and met the sellers of our new house. We had some questions about some things and they were willing to meet with us. They were very nice in fact and we are very happy we are buying this house. The sellers have owned this house for over 20 years and were the 2nd owners. Everything has been well kept and you can tell throughout the house. They did some updating before selling and we are very happy with it.

Blain went hunting this morning with a buddy. They went to some deal where they paid money for 12 birds and ran around and shot them. LOL He was happy to get out of the house and took a day off work. It was much needed.

Rylee and I have just been puttering around the house cleaning and packing. Getting ready for the big move this weekend. The last weekend my sister and my nephew and Rylee and I went to the snow. The kids had a great time. I have to get my pics developed and I will post some new ones. This year Rylee actually walked in the snow but she wanted me to hold her hand. She is getting better since last year when she didn't want to stand in it. LOL

Should be getting the keys to our new house Friday morning and I will update after we get moved I am sure.

Love,
Melissa, Rylee and Angel Kylee Rose
