Jillian is absolutely beautiful! She has really grown up since we saw her in NYC!! We are thrilled that scans were clean and pray that they stay that way. Isn't it wonderful how much you appreciate normal things like playing in the rain! Although this is a hard road to have had a sick child, it truly makes us appreciate the everyday occurances!

Lauren and her family are in my thoughts and prayers along with positive thoughts for Jillian's scan in May. Jillian,
I was talking about you and your Grandma today. Your Grandma is one sweet lady! I am Suzy, mom to Tanner, wwww.tannerlaughs.com We all thought Tanner was the family miracle...Until January 13th 2005 when my niece Rebecca was diagnosed with leukemia in her t cells. I do NOT capitalize cancer. My Mother in Law was moved ot tears as we discussed your Grandma and her letter, and kind words to Dianna. THANK YOU.
Words cannot describe the gratitude that we have for this sweet Grandma of yours.
Hopefully your blood sugar issues will be sorted out, thank God you are ok! I tell you, the day my son had open heart surgery I am sure he only recognized me by my voice, all the wrinkles and grey hair he gave me those 5 1/2 hours...
Anyway, thank you so much.

It was wonderful seeing you and your family at Jamie's graduation celebration. Remember the pictures I took of you feeding the horse? I sent them to grammy, so you better let her know you want copies of them. Can't wait to see you again. Hope it's soon. With love always,

Jillibean - hey there sweets - it's been a long time since I've checked in with you but you certainly have been in my thoughts and prayers every night. You sound so grown up now -- already through preschool, a big sister and pet owner! I bet you have fun with Rabbit. They are so soft and furry. Guess what? My horse had her baby a few weeks ago. She is soooo cute! She's very friendly and likes people a lot. I think we're gonna name her April cuz she was born in April. She has three colors on her coat. Maybe someday you'll come see her????Hi to everyone there and tell your grammy I've been thinking of her.

Jillian,
We hope you are really enjoying that baby brother of yours. Morgan says that you need to enjoy him now, because soon he will be messing with all of your things and you will spend a lot of time arguing. Morgan knows this from personal experience.
We wish you all the best with your Relay for Life. Take care and God bless.

Jillian,
Congratulations on becoming a big sister. If you need any advice on how to handle the job, just let Morgan know. I think her general rule to follow is to boss her little brother around as much as possible.
We are thrilled to read that the baby has arrived and that everyone is doing well. We would have signed in sooner, but we just got home from NY late last night. Morgan's seventh round of antibodies is behind us, and I still don't think that she has gotten HAMA. Oh well, in the Lord's time . . .
Take care and God bless.

It's been so long since I have looked at your website. Isn't remission one of the most beautiful words in the English language or any language for that matter. Your picture is so cute. I bet you really enjoyed Disneyland and seeing Mickey Mouse. We took my little girl to Disneyworld in June. Her Papa promised her a trip to see Mickey Mouse when she was in remission also. Jillian,
When we clicked on your site, I could not believe I was looking at a picture of you. You are such a big girl now -- and so beautiful too! You have always been beautiful so this probably is not a surprise to you. I am glad that you had a good time at Disney. Morgan went in June and liked it so much that we are considering going again (but Florida is much closer to us than California).
I hope you finish the accutane soon, the junk is hard on a little girl's skin.
Morgan just finished her sixth round of antibodies and still has a lot of pain, which means that a seventh round will probably be in store for her in February.
Take care and God bless!

Hi Jillian Rose,
Gee it has been along time since I've signed your guest book. Everything seems to be going good for you and I am so happy for you and your daddy and mommy.
We have been really busy here in Minnesota. The weather is getting cool and the leaves are starting to change colors, this if my favoritest time of year. I remember last November when me and Grandma Rosemary and Papa Joe visited you in NYC the leaves were still beautiful at Central Park.
I really miss you and everyone else in California. I can't wait to meet baby Kyla..
I talk to Grandma Rosemary on the phone and she tells me all about your daddy's football games and Papa Joe's football games and how they keep beating everyone and I get real homesick. I wish that I could come and see everyone. I have a "just because" present for you I hope that you like it.
Well I need to go now and tuck your cousin Jacob into bed. He thinks that he is too old for kisses now but I steal them anyways. He's funny just like you.. Justin and Jordan are growing up now and sometimes they can be crabby. You know they are tweenagers now.
Say hi to daddy and mommy.
I love you bery bery much......
Always,
Auntie Burger

Hello Jillian,
This is grandma Rosemary. I am in Mpls, Mn at your auntie burgers house. Since I don't have a computer yet I get to practice on your auntie's. First stop is your website and play catch up.
WoW! all the wonderful messages and updates are terrific. Although papa couldn't make the trip with me, we talk on the telephone. Great grandma who left on her trip on June 3, 2003 to visit her mom and dad, always tells me to say hello to you. She say's she is happy in her new home. Her new home is surrounded by lots of pretty clouds and rainbows, with butterflies flying around. She says they remind her of you, Jerry, Macie, Justin, Jordan, Jacob, Jerick and baby Kyla. She also said to say thank you for always making her feel welcome in your house, by giving her cookies, and making sure she had one of your toys to play with. And she also said she did not mind sharing her wheel chair with you. She knew it made you feel better, especially when grandma Rosemary took you for rides, and you would fall asleep. Since great grandma won't been coming back, she always says to tell you hello, and that she is fine, and she is very happy.

Jillian since I am on your website, I would like to finally thank the doctors in New York for there success in removing the tumors. Papa and I prayed that God guided the doctors hands, and the staff were guided by the Gaurdian Angels of all family, friends, and everyone at Oaklands Children Hospital, and especially by all your cousins and the children of the world.
When you came over to our house last time. Wookie (our little dog) really had lots of fun, but I don't know about you and him using the same doggie door. You have to let him go first this time. When your dad say's are you ready to go, and you say NO! will tell him to come back later. Because your having so much fun. Oh! I really like Boo's car seat, you two look alike.
What do you think of your new cousin Kyla Mary Rose, she cries just like you did when you were just born. Your going to have to teach her to put make-up on, you've become very good at it. Should we buy her a make-up kit and shoes
like yours. You know, the high heels you wear, the pink ones, that clopp, clopp as you walk. The ones you like to wear when you go to the park or the store. Will buy her purple ones. What color do you think she will like? Well Jillian I guess I better sign off, hopefully I can still make it to New York. Auntie Amber, Justin, Jordan, Jacob wish you well and hope you can go home soon. There's no place like home. Take care of your mom and your dad. They need all your help. We love and miss you very much.
Love you, Grandma Rosemary

You were beautiful in the wedding, that day was a perfect day and everything was wonderful. I am happy you have been doing well.

Hi Jillian,
Your mommy and daddy's wedding was a very beautiful ceremony. You were very pretty in your dress, coming down the aisle with Auntie Megan. I bet it was a long day for everyone. Bob and I sure had a lot of fun at the reception. We got to sit next to your good friend Julia-Goolia and her mommy. We had a lot of fun with them and Kathy too. Did your mommy and daddy get off to their honeymoon? Have fun with your grammy. Bet you'll keep her on her toes!

Hello Jillian and family,
You do not know me but I have learned about you through my husband who works for Fed Ex. He received a message about you and your story in fighting Nueroblastoma from Rhonda Howard whom I believe is a family member of yours.
She contacted my husband when she had come to Phoenix and heard of our duaghter.
On Jan. 17th my baby girl was born and we found out that she too has Nueroblastoma. Hers developed and invaded her spinal canal. By her 5th day of life she had surgery to remove most of the mass, she has so far been through 2 courses of Chemo which was very scary for us because there was no research through the US nor Canada on the effect of Chemo on a baby only just a few days old. But we are happy to report that all went well.
My daughter's name is Selah, and as of today she still have a small mass next to her kidney that we scan every month and watch to see if it will grow or begin to go away.
Hearing stories such as yours and being able to know that there are others going through it too gives such relief and knowledge of your success gives so much hope.
I appreciate you sharing your life with all of us.
God Bless You and I will pray for you.
Lovingly,
Leandra

Hi Jillian! I have a potty and a potty book too, but I didn't like it at first. My mommy kept trying to read it to me, but I really didn't want to have anything to do with it. The other night I sat on the potty for two hours and then I was successful. I told my mommy that I made a circle in my potty and she agreed! I was so proud of the circle that I made. I got a truck and I got to go to Chuck E. Cheese! Only my baby sister will wear diapers and I will wear big boy pants. My mommy said that my baby sister was kicking inside of her tummy, so I tried to kick her back and my mommy got mad at me. I don't know why! If someone kicks my mommy they deserve to be kicked!

Me, my mommy, and my daddy are glad to hear that you are doing well. We're all thinking about you and anxiously waiting for the test results. I got a little swing set now, so maybe you can come play on it with me when you get back.

I am thinking about you.

Love,
Jerick

hello Jillians family, Although I don't know you after reading the article in the Galt Hearld I felt compelled to visit your site. My cousins daughter was also diagnosed with Neuroblastoma on Halloween of 2000. She was not 2 years old yet. She also was stage four and we did not know what was next. After a challenging 2 years we are happy to say she has now been in remission for 1 year (in Feb.) Jillians treatment and symptoms are much of what our Beautiful Lexy has experienced. Her father is in the military stationed in Missouri while Lexy's mommy and Lex were in Tx at houston Childrens Hospital.they have endured so much these last 2 years and if you met our Lexy on the street you would have no clue that she is ill with the exception of her hair that is now growing with leaps and bounds. Just know that with God on your side anything is posssible. Good luck to you and may god bless jillian the way he has blessed our Lexy. She also has a website caringbridge.com/tx/alexiaflory Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jillian you are a beautiful little girl.

Your puppy is cute. I bet she likes to lick you up. That's what puppies like to do.
Tell daddy that I will send him his football cards as soon as I find them. We are still unpacking from the move and they are scattered everywhere. So tell him to be patient!!
Well I just wanted to say Hi and tell you that I love you bery much!!
Always thinking of you and your daddy and mommy.
Love ya,
Auntie Burger
P.S. Be on the lookout for something for you in the mail, I think you will like it.:)

Hi Jillian and Liza! What a great addition to your family. Jillibean, that is one cute little puppy you have there. I bet she will have fun playing with you, chasing you in your jeep and cuddling with you (if you let her!) at night. Just make sure you don't leave your red ruby shoes laying out or Liza might want to taste them! I hope your blood work looks good and that you can continue this forward progress to your remission.
Lots of love and prayers babygirl. You take good care of yourself and Liza.

Jillian Rose is truly an inspiration to anyone she meets. She has endured more in the past year and 1/2 than anyone should have to go through in a lifetime, yet she finds something to laugh about and enjoy everyday. What a wonderful gift you are Jillian Rose.

Hi Sweetie!
I hope you have been able to enjoy some of this warm sunshine that has been gracing us here these last few days. I bet you're having fun driving your jeep around! Don't forget to fasten your seatbelt. Maybe someday you can "drive" out here to see us. Our little duckies are big duckies now and they like to chase our dog and cat. Sometimes they chase us too! You'd have fun here. You can really burn up the pavement and not worry about anything getting in your way.
Keep up the good work girlie! I feel so positive that things will go really good for you this year. Love ya lots!

Jillian, I just looked at your pictures from Christmas. Isn't Christmas wonderful? The Christmas tree in your pictures is beautiful and looks like it has lots of very old and pretty ornaments on it. I noticed you even have a chair that looks like it is just your size. Happy New Year to you and your Mom and Dad and Grandpas and Grandmas. We're all praying for you.
I also loved your purple shirt and pants. You looked nice and cozy...

My mommy talks about you to me all the time. I can't wait to have your picture on my fridge. I look at your picture online but it's not the same. I have a Christmas card to send you so you can have my picture too. I'm sorry you got bad news in NYC. Looks like we both have to have more chemo than we thought. Just wait until we are older and can tell our kids about everything we went through. We are far apart but were going through this together in my heart. Make sure you give your mommy and daddy and all other friends and family a lot of hugs and kisses. I think sometimes it is harder on them than on us. I love you Jillian.

Dear Little Jillian,
Your website has touched my heart. I admire you and your family's courage and optimism throughout the past year. You are surely destined for wonderful experiences. When my friend Nancy Molinar first told me the story of your illness I was so sad and I have said prayers for your recovery (so the Buddhists have you covered too sweetie). Now after hearing of your progress and possible trip to New York, I know that everyone's prayers and your determination are working for you.

You are an inspiration to all. I feel very fortunate to have your experience shared with me and I will continue to remember you in my prayers. Nam-myoho-renge-kyo little bodhisatva girl. Stay determined & smile often. It is so contagious.

Hi Jilly bean, Great Granma here. it's been a while since I dropped by to say Hi. I just had to tell you how happy I am about the last test Grammy called me today to tell me. I am so happy I will have to do some kind of dance.
I have been busy up here with the Doctors. They REALLY,REALLY like me. All they want to do is take my picture, You know how that is but I can't understand it because I am not as cute as you are. Maybe they think if they make over me I will bake cookies for them? Boy they are sure going to be fooled.
I am so happy you are doing so well. we can't wait until you can come up and take a ride in Great Granpa's new wagon. He is so silly.
Grammy was telling you about my friend Jeanne. She sends up prayers everyday for you. Jeanne was very sick with Cancer when she was younger and her Mother went to all the Churches in Portland Asking them to pray for Jeanne and she is doing things along that line for you. We have included little Emma Rose in our prayers. Jeanne is a special person we will have to adpot her for your second Great Granma.
I spent the day going through all the things I have copied from the Web Site for the book I would like to put together for you so when you are all grown you can read it and see how wonderful people have been. How many have taken out time of their busy life to drop you a line through your
sickness.
Jeanne is always telling me you are going to do wonderful things in your life time. I think it has started already just look at all the good you have brought out in everyone.
I love you little Bean just keep up the good work.
We ask God every day to make you strong and to keep you well. We ask Good to make little Emma Rose well also.
Great Granma & Granpa

I'm so super happy to hear that you are "all clear". I'm proud of you. You
worked so hard to get here. There couldn't be any better news in the whole
wide world. I get tears in my eyes thinking about it. I have to say thank you
to the guy up in heaven, because I think he has been listening to my prayers.
(i know i'm not the only one in the world who's prayed for you, but i have to thank
the big guy as if i were the only one). Jillian... I am thrilled for you. thanks for
making my day. I love the picture of you in the pool. You are a little cutie-pie in
those shorts and shades. Kisses and hugs for you. "auntie" Marisa...

Way to go Jillian!
I know you have something really amazing you have to do here.
Will you be President of the USA? Will you discover a cure for Cancer? It does not matter, just having you here and having gone through so much and only being 2 has taught me more then you could ever imagine. You are brave and so strong. God put you here to teach us and that you have. Great- Grandma's friend said she believes God put you here as an Angel for all of us to learn from. You are an Angel and you are my Sweetie Pie!
Love,

WOW - what great, fantastic news!! I am so very happy for you. Babygirl you are one tough cookie. My heart started beating fast when I got the e-mail from your grammy telling us your web site had been updated. I felt very nervous loggin on and so elated as I read the news. I can't imagine how it is for your family. I hope you can be outside for the Bass Derby parade. Nicole and I will be riding our horses and maybe we can come visit you later in the day. Have you worn the soles out of your red shoes yet?

Jillian, My heart skipped a beat when I heard your marrow is clean. You are a warrior and my hero. You show no sign of slowing down. I am amazed each day when I look into those little brown eyes because You have endured more in your short life, than many have in there long years. Yet, you would never know this because you are so full of peace. You are an amazing gift.

You don't know me but my name is Emma Rose and I turned 2 in April. We found out on August 2nd that I had neuroblastoma. I think you and I would be great friends. My daddy bought me Dora the Explorer jammies while I was in the hospital, I'm home now but I never want to take them off. I'll be thinking of you and hoping that you continue to do well. I'm glad you got to come home!

Gotta love dem 2's! Much less 2's with red shoes! I bet you look smashing in your ruby shoes. They can take you to magical places. Hi to your mommy, daddy and, of course, your grammy. I miss you all. Hi Jillian Rose,
Guess what? I actually have a few extra minutes, so I am going to spend it chatting with you.
I really miss you. I had such a great time visiting with you in California. You are so much fun to play with.
Going to radiation treatments with you and your daddy were quite interesting. HAT'S OFF to mom and dad. What an experience for me to see what you guys go through. I am glad that I had the opportunity to check out your daily/weekly routines. I bet you sure are glad that radiation is over, although San Fransisco is quite an interesting place.
I can just imagine you with your new Ruby shoes your Grammy gave you. I bet you look so beautiful!!
Well I need to go now, but just to remind you. I LOVE YOU, I MISS YOU AND I THINK ABOUT YOU ALL OF THE TIME!
Take Care and give the adults a hug for me.

Love ya so so much,
Auntie Amber (Auntie Burger to you)

Jillian,
I guess I went and did it with the new Ruby slippers. I know how much you love shoes, and I could not resist.
But, you can't wear them to bed and expect to get a good nights sleep! And the nights you sleep with Mommy and Daddy a kick to them in the head would leave a mark. So be a good sweetie pie and let mommy take off your shoes before bed, and as long as you let her get you dressed in the morning she will put them back on you.
Now that means taking off your favorite jammies "Dora the Explorer", now while I am sure the shoes and the jammies look perfect together, mommy needs to have you in your day clothes for all of the exciting places you will go and the people you will meet.
Okay? Love you.

I know that today has special meaning, and I'm sure that you are all thinking how very far you've come. I am so very happy that your radiation treatments went smoothly, and best of all, that is one more step that is behind you. I pray that you get excellent results from your tests, and that you can start having a whole lot more fun than hanging around hospitals. I was thinking of you yesterday with Greatgrandma Byers and the fact that you are going to be two years old on July 15th. I wish you a very happy birthday!! I am sure it will be, because you are at home with your family. I am so excited about the play house Make a Wish is going to provide for you. I can remember playing in one of those when I was a little girl, that my Uncle Arlie Black built for his kids and I can remember how FANTASTIC it was. Sounds like your week is going to be busy going back for more treatments, however I hope its a good one and you keep getting better. I am sure those bike rides with your Mommy and Auntie Megan help. Hi Jillian!
Boy oh boy oh boy, what great news about your lastest tests! That is such wonderful news. I like to log onto your site just before I go to bed cuz then when I lay down I chat with God and remind Him how much he needs to keep his hand on your shoulder. Tonight I will tell Him that although a special angel has left our home, he is probably expecting some video games up there in heaven. I would love to send a ballon up in his memory. Let me know when, and if he liked a particular color. Nicole and Robbie will like to do that too.
Jilian I sure hope you get to come home soon. You are such a strong little girl. You have made a lot of us realize how precious life is, that each and every day is truly a gift and should never be taken for granted. Love you babycakes!

Good evening Jillian, By now you are probaly dreaming of the Ladybugs on your window, or possibly your kitty. You missed a very special Bar-B-Q on Saturday. Your Grammy and Papa honored all of us with very special gifts. They all had a special meaning to us, YOU! You are in all our thoughts and prayers daily.
Grammy tells me that you are a very smart little girl and that you are learning your ABC's. She is very proud of you and should be. That is an accomplishment for someone your age. Please give your Mommy a BIG hug when you wake and tell her that I am wishing you very good news with your latest test results.
Good Night and sleep tight, Lynne

I have been following your progress closely through your website and I think of you every day. Your picture is still on our refridgerator. Jared had a friend over to play the other day and she asked who the little girl in the picture is. Jared said, "That's my cousin, Jillian. She's trying to get better because she's not feeling well." I thought you might enjoy knowing that even your young cousins that haven't met you are thinking of youn and wishing you to get better. Tell your Mommy Happy Birthday from us. Jillian,
Today is a very special day. It is your mommy's birthday.
It is crazy to think that 22 years have flown by. I have thought to myself of how I would change things if I could.
I have to say there are not many things that I would want different. You mommy has been a pillar of many hopes and dreams for me. She has fulfilled may of them, and went on to make some of her own dreams come true.
I know now that she understands what it is to be a daughter, mother, and now my friend.
Your mommy will always be my beautiful blue eyed sweatheart, the little girl that loves animals and every kind of bug there is (yech!) She is a charmer, just like you.
Happy Birthday Natasha!
I often wish I could be more like you.
I love you Nadie.

Hi Jilly Bean, Great Granma here. I am so sorry you don't feel good but I am good you drank some juice. I can see you walking down the hall. That's my Bean and her way to go. As hard as all of this is to understand we still look at you with wonder and amazement. The Lord has stalled in you many things adults never see. What a wonderful blessing you are to our family.I know the Lord has his arms around you. I know how hard it has been for Grammy to see all the little Children in the Hospital there. But she knows now what many people never learn and that is to love everyone as she loves you. There has been so much love sent your way and we are all so grateful for those prayers.
I wanted to talk to you about another little girl God sent to us on this date a few years ago. A little girl who has grown into a wonderful adult. She has so much strenght and is going you the strenght you are showing and you are giving her strenght. This little girl I love so much and I know you love to hold her hand and say Mommie. Would you please tell her Happy Birthday for Granma. Mommie and Daddy has a lot on their plate right now but tell them there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and their will be one in this also. I love you little Bean with all my heart and I know you are amazeing. I am so proud of you and feel so blessed to have you for my Great grandbaby. My wonderful little Bean. Granpa loves you to. I hope that the thoughts and prayers are heard by all the strongest Angels that watch over you. I pray that they lift you up and comfort you while you sleep.
I pray that you lay your head on God's chest as you sleep and that he tells you that everything will be okay.
I get so scared, so I pray that God gives me strength to be here for you always and be strong....like you are.

I am sorry to hear that you were unable to come home today. We have been thinking about you and mommy and daddy all of the time. We were hoping to come and see you, but Jerick has been sick, so we have to wait since me and Uncle Jeff have been exposed to it and of course we don't want you to be exposed. That would be the last the thing we want. But we really miss you and your mommy and daddy! I think that your mom's birthday was yesterday so tell her "Happy Birthday" from us. Good morning little one ... boy what good news ... the first thing your grandpa Mike told me when I woke up this morning was that you were going to be able to go home (Grandpa Mike gets up too early for me, so he had already been on the computer) so I couldn't wait to read your web page and read how you have been doing ... now as soon as you get those taste buds back you be sure and eat your mommy and daddy out of house and home as they say ... and who knows, they just might come back and make things taste even better than before ... the kitchen just might end up being your favorite room ... we are hoping that we will get to see you soon so until then here is a big hug and kiss from Grandma Thursday ...

I planted a few flowers for you yesterday. They are pretty and sweet, like you. Nicole's friend has several ducks, a couple of which have little pom poms on their heads. They are pretty funny looking! We're looking for some to put in our yard to eat the snails. Maybe someday when you're feeling better you can come to our "farm" and play with all our four-legged friends.
Say Hi to your mommy and daddy for me. Let me know when I can come see you again.

Hi Jillian! I am very sorry to hear that you are not feeling well and I hope that you start feeling better real soon. I can't wait to hear that you are doing laps around the hospital again and wearing out your mommy and daddy. The fundraiser at Chevy's was very successful! There are a lot of people who have never met you, but care about you an awful lot. They keep you, and your mommy and daddy in their prayers. I continue to be amazed at people's generosity and concern for a beautiful little girl they have never met!

We are always thinking about you and your mommy and daddy. We send our love and kisses and hugs to all of you! We love all of you very much!

Hi Jillian
I'm so sorry the yuckies got you. I sure hope you'll get past this stage quickly and start feeling much much better. Please tell your Grandma how very much I enjoy looking at your website and getting updates on how you are doing. Bob and I were with Aunt Laura, Uncle Jeff, your grandparents, aunts and uncles, and Jerry and Jerick last night for your fund raiser at Chevy's. It was a wonderful evening and you wouldn't believe how many people care so much about you and are praying for you and your family! We missed you last night--it was more fun at Chevy's last month when you and Mommy were there too. Give your Mommy and Daddy our love too. They are doing such a wonderful job and taking such good care of you! You're always in our prayers!

Hi from Auntie Amber, I have a message from Grandma Rosemary and Papa Joe for you:
We hope that you are feeling better today and we are thinking about you all of the time and wish we could be with you.
Hopefully soon we will have a new computer so that we can send you messages more often.
When you get better Ozzy, Wookie and Chleo are waiting to see you. We will go outside and play in the sun and grandma will push you all over the place in your little toy car. We will tell each other stories and laugh and make fun of your daddy.
We love you very much and hope to see you real soon. I have a new toy for you. I also made you a little photo album to remind you of all of us. It has cowboys and cowgirls on it.
We will see you soon!

Jillian,
I am so glad that things are going well with your transplant and that you are continuing to entertain everyone up there on 5 South. You are such a strong and special little girl, with a wonderful loving and supportive family. I feel so lucky to have you and (your buddy) Eddie as my patients. I know you have lots of doctors and nurses taking care of you and loving you, but I will always watch over what is happening with you. I think your parents know they can always call me if there are ever questions or concerns they have during your treatment.

Keep up your amazing spirit and fabulous wardrobe. Give some consideration to going bed just a little bit earlier at night.......it would make your parents very happy!

Hi Jillian! My mommy told me that you are doing very well. I had so much fun when we went to see the "moo's." My mommy keeps telling me they are horses and they say, "neigh", but I don't think that she knows what she is talking about. I can't wait to see you again so that we can discuss The Wiggles, Bear in the Big Blue House, and Bob the Builder! Bear is on at 6:00 and 6:30 am on the days when my mommy and daddy don't have to work, so I like to get up at 6:00 am to watch it! I have some new dance moves to show you too - they're great moves when listening to The Wiggles. Guess what!? I got to see a big, huge truck today and I even got to walk up to it after it dropped off some wood for my daddy. I know that you will beat this thing and we will be playing together again soon!

Jillian, You always surprise us. Today, the 2nd day of the most toxic chemo yet, and you are eating, playing and jumping in your hospital bed. Your Papa and I loved playing the "drums" with your little play forks and knives and pretending to eat dinner together with the fake food and dishes in the play room.
Even though we sang off key and looked so silly, it does not matter to us. We live for today and are happy you are there to help us remember that. So much can change in an instant. We love you. Grammy and Papa

Jillian you are my love and my life. I am here for you now and forever. God has chosen a very special little girl to complete a task much greater than any of us know. One day you'll let everyone know just what that is, but until then we always have tomorrow. I love you.

Little Jillian--
It comforts me to know that God never sleeps, and knows everything about your need right now. He holds you close to His heart, and I am sure he rejoices over you with singing, like He does with all of us. I am praying for peace and rest for you and your family. Give Gramma a hug for me, okay?? Love, Karen Wulf

Dear Jillian,

We love you very much and think of you everyday. We only wish we lived closer so that we could see you in person and not just in pictures. Your cousins can't wait to play with you when you are feeling better. Love, Christine, Jeff, Jared and Jacob. (PS: Tell your Mommy that we love her bunches, too!)

Jillian,

You have been in my thoughts and my prayers since I heard about you being sick. One day when you family tells you about all you went through, you will not believe them because all of this will be out of your memory. Take care of your Grandma and Mommy and Daddy. They are probably not as strong as you.
