Hi All,
Things are good here. Gavin just had a birthday he is now a big 7 year old. He had a little party and had a lot of fun. We just got back from Monterey for the weekend and had a good time. The kids saw harbor seals and sea otters and lots of other animals at the aquarium. The best thing they have is a baby great white shark! Very cool.
Gavin continues to do his monthly labs, but they are still very difficult for him. Hopefully with time they will get easier. He had neuropsych testing done to find out if any damage was done to his brain during treatment. He scored very well, but there were a couple of areas that concerned the psychologist. His IQ and verbal functioning was very high, but some other areas were a bit low like reading, so we are going to get some help for him. We have conferences with his teacher this week and that should be fun and informative as well. We are looking forward to trick-or-treating tonight and Gavin is going to be a Jedi, Wyatt a dino, and Trevor an Angel baseball player. Speaking of Trevor he just woke up so I will have to cut this short. I will update again soon.
