Great big love and hugs!! Busy Busy Busy....isn't that just life now a days. Scotty is 16 now and in 3.5 months he will hit the big 17!!! I love that little man Scotty. And now Scotty will be getting a little more love from his new little puppy Bailey in one more day. She comes home to live with the Whitecotton's on 6/19/14. Oh yeah, MPS SUCKS!!

We did take Sebastien to see Toy story 3 the day after we came out of Sick kids...Cried my eyes out!

I'm glad that Scotty enjoyed Ice Age 3. We've been thinking about taking Elijah to that movie also. We haven't taken him to a theatre yet, so not sure how he'd respond. ;)

I received your email & I did forward that information to my mom. She says she will review it, but isn't sure what can be done due to the MTU MD's recommendation. She did suggest going through a neurologist & perhaps they could document need for PT due to it improving his health & quality of life. She also stated you will probably have to go through a fair hearing to get it changed at this point. it sounds like you are soooo busy, but doing wonderful things! you are such a great mom! I'm so glad to hear Scotty is doing well and that you got the PT approved in appeal. We have had so much going on here, its been crazy. Among the chaos, Clay had a terrible accident on a school trip and the middle finger on his right hand was crushed and severed almost completely off (hanging by a flap of skin) he has had surgery to reattach everything and so far so good but it will be a long road. His dream is to study music theory and composition in college and he is a classical guitarist. So this has been a huge blow for him. But God is Good! and He placed an awesome hand and wrist surgeon in our lives about 6 months ago when I fell and tore some ligaments in my wrist. I had surgery three months ago with this doctor so we know him pretty well and he is taking wonderful care of Clay.
Ty is about to finish up Kindergarten and Caroline fourth grade! Bryson will be starting his senior year at Tulane in August! Where does the time go????

Loved the update... so sorry to hear about your child life thats sad, we just used ours for a very tramatic blood draw for hailee last week and they were a lifesaver.
Hailee to loves monkeys, she loves the bobby Jack brand of clothes found at sears, jcpenneys and kohls thats all she wears she has monkies on her front, back, pants and shoes even her undies...i can't get her to wear any thing else, this from a child who dosn't really like clothing...

Way to go Scotty!! So glad you finally got the hearing aides!!! I only wish Jesse would leave his on without so much supervision. He has eaten 2 pairs over the years, (not totally eaten, but destroyed them with chewing) erghhh! Even with the strings attached he's strong enough to yank them off if no one is looking for even one moment.

awesome news about Scotty's hearing aids, Im so happy he is hearing new sounds and enjoying them!!!!! I'm not surprised that Doodle has left the aids alone- I have always known that he is a very wise young man!!! Now he can hear Mary Poppins and Flubber better too!!!!!!! I can't wait to hear about his first trip to the coast with his new hearingaids... Can you imagine, all the awesome sounds there? Crashing waves, seaguls, ocean breeze!!!!!
