Welcome to Alix's Web Page. It has been provided as a memorial for Our little girl who received her wings on July 10, 2004. Alix was diagnosed with a Wilms Tumour on August 27 , 2002. She had surgery to remove the tumour then 8 weeks of radiation to follow. Then 6 months of Chemo. After he chemo she was clear. Alix took a wish trip with family to Disney Land. Alix had then planned her Birthday/Cancer free party in July. A day before the party we had the results of her 1st 3 month tests and found out she had some small spots on her lungs. He journey began again the day after her party. Alix wasn't goiing to quit but she unfortunately to leave us as she was wanted else where.

Hello

I know its been a while life is busy with 2 boys. We are once again participating in the Hair Massacure 2010 for the second year. The boys have died their hair and are now fundraising in memory of Alix. Please donate to the cause, the 1st portion of proceeds go to the pediatric oncology unit at the stollery which was the unit that Alix was on. Also the other portions of the proceeds go to the "Make a Wish Foundation" Alix was granted a wish by the foundation 1 month before she passed to go to the San Diego Zoo to see a panda bear. Both foundations that we are fundraising for have touched our family. We want to be able to give back. Please visit Tyler's website to support his fight against cancer!
