Palmer,
I have been praying what seems without ceasing for you and your family since I heard you had relapsed. Our entire church is also praying for you. Your dad articulated exactly what I thought it would be like to be back on 3-Gold -- good to see familiar faces but not wanting to be there. Mark always felt secure on 3-Gold. I thank God for Childrens and the wonderful doctors in oncology.

Hold to the promise God has given you. His Word, prayers, and a good attitude, which I know you have, is what took Mark through his trial.

The Mark Lane family loves you and is praying for you.

Mankind has his definition of mission fields, then the LORD has His. One never knows when the call will come to serve. The place He's called you to is remote in the sense that few expereince going there, yet He knows and chooses from a vantage point higher than we often understand. You'll serve Him well with a pure heart! May He fill your thirst with Himself. Because He lives Palmer, Our home will keep you lifted high in Jesus (Yahshua) name...Ken & Shelley Wasson

Hi Sweet Palmer,
Just wrapped up a long day at the Growing Kids Sale, but I couldn't go to bed without stopping by your site. Elisabeth Elliot gives 4 steps that are "how to deal with suffering of any kind:
1. recognize it
2. accept it
3. offer it to God as a sacrifice
4. offer yourself with it
I know you are doing just that, and that your loving Heavenly Father sees it as a sweet gift, a fragrant offering of worship to Himself. Hang in there, girl! Much love, Kim Hoelzeman

Precious Palmer,

Today at UCA you were lifted up to the Father. When I think of you I can see you on that front row - sitting there wide-eyed - with that angelic face, sweet smile, and big beautiful eyes looking up at me - eager to hear more about the God you love so much -surrounded by a bunch of boys who dearly loved you and did whatever they could to get your attention! I think about how you left my classroom EVERY DAY by saying, "Thank you Mrs. Clark." Palmer, I cannot begin to tell you how that ministered to me every day! I would think as you would leave, "Lord, thank you for placing that little angel in my class - You did that just for me." May I just say, "Thank you Palmer, for continually letting me and many others see Christ. He is so visible in your life." I love you and am praying that you (and your precious mom and dad) will sense His Presence in the midst of this storm. Much love and many prayers, Mrs. Clark

Palmer, Your trust and faith are a powerful testimony to your closeness to the Lord. While we are so very sorry you have to do battle once again, we are confident in the outcome and will promise our faithful prayers. I think of you when I open my eyes in the morning, and I pray for you then. Just as His eye is on the sparrow, His eyes are on you.

Those of us at Prestoncrest miss your Mimi and Poppy so much, but we are connected in Spirit and our love for you continues.

In some small way, I hope it helps during the bad times to know that your name is brought to Jesus by someone, somewhere, all throughout every day.

We love you Palmer.

Palmer,

We met today at lunch to pray for you (several students met to pray). As I read your website I saw where you feel called to be a missionary. How precious! You are not going to someday be a missionary sweet girl - you ARE a missionary. Hundreds of people are going before the throne of God to intercede on your behalf - in total and complete dependence on our Lord - looking to Him and Him alone for help in this time of trouble. Isn't that what a missionary is all about? A missionary is someone who has been appointed by God to display Christ and point others to Him. That is who you are and what you do!
I love you,
Mrs. Clark

Palmer,
As I prayed for you this morning the Lord gave me a few verses and I feel compelled to share them with you. "Be gracious to Palmer and her family, O God, be gracious to Palmer. For her soul takes refuge in You. And in the shadow of Your wings she and her family will take refuge in You, until this disaster passes. She will cry out to God Most High (El Elyon) To God who accomplishes all things for her. He will send from heaven and save her. He reproaches him who tramples upon her. God will send forth His lovingkindness (mercy) and His truth." Psalm 57:1-3

Palmer,
It was so good to see your whole family a couple of weeks ago while in Nashville. We are saddened that you are back in the hospital; but are already seeing the way that the Lord is using your faith to inspire others. Personally, I have stepped up my prayer life. You are prayed for daily at our house and are in our hearts hourly. We thank the Lord for your life.

Palmer,

This is Dr. Humphrey from UCA (Physical Sciene). Our family is praying for you. We know you have some battles ahead, but we know God is able to deliver you through them. Our family is encouraged by your strength and the support of friends and family you have. You are a fortunate girl.

May God bring you comfort and may He have His hand upon you. Jer. 29:11 says that God has plans for EACH of us. Plans more (and better) than we can imagine.

So glad to hear that the procedures went well yesterday and that you had a good nights sleep. Hopefully you will feel like eating a little something today. Palmer, This is Sheila, Ty Granberry's mom. One of my friends' daughters was at Brookehill Ranch in Hot Springs last week as a counselor. She saw a girl wearing a bracelet that said, "Pray for Palmer." She told the girl that her friend, Ty, has a bracelet just like that. I thought that was the neatest thing that people in Texas now know who Palmer is!!!! There are a lot of people praying. We have told all of our prayer pals. God is Good!
Matthew 18:19. Much love and prayer, Sheila
