Job McCully

IN MY SAFE HOME!!!

"There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job
and that man was perfect and upright and
one that feared God and eschewed evil." (Job 1:1)

"so the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning...
and Job lived to be old and full of days." (Job 42:12,17)

Welcome to my web page. I battled Leukemia and a bone marrow transplant in 2002, RSV pneumonia, the flu, and Broncholitios Obliterans in 2003, and continued lung deteriation. I received a lung transplant on Dec. 11, 2007. After the transplant, I suffered histoplasmosis, CMV, and Adenovirus. I am now diabetic and stuggle physically due to spending a year of my life in bed. HOWEVER, the Lord is healing me more and more every day. My health will be restored in the end.
To read my story go to www.caringbridge.org/visit/job/ and click on "My Story". I moved the summary over there so it is easier to read the journal updates below.

NO REJECTION!!!! We are going home!!

So the biopsy showed no signs of rejection so Job was discharged and we are free to head home. They did find evidence of an infection, but not really surprising because of the CMV that he continues to fight. They are running further studies but expect it to be CMV.

We are tickled to get to head home tomorrow. Praise God.

Thanks for all your prayers.

***Remember the show airs on Oct. 26th.***
