When fear comes knocking at your door, faith answers that no one is home. Always believe.

After a year of strugglimg with this disease, Meagan finally earned her Angel wings. She went home to be with he Lord last night around 6:50 pm. She is now at rest and not hurting or in discomfort anymore. We will miss our precious little angel. We guess God just neeeded another angel to help him out. She was so strong and faught with all she had. The cancer was just too manipulative. It outsmarted the chemo. We just thank God for giving us the chance to have her for a little while and to be her parents.
She will always be looking down on us. Lord knows her little brother needs a guardian angel. Lawson was lying down outside last night looking up to the stars and pointed to a bright star. He said "that's MayMay on that star - She is in heaven. She is an angel now." We just have to be strong and give all our love to him. MayMay will always be with us.

We appreciate all the love and care that she received at Children's. ALL of her nurses and doctors were the greatest in the world. They did everything humanly possible to care for her. Her doctors and nurses have called us today and some have even been to see us. That meant so much to us. Meagan was so special. She touched so many people's lives. We had to stay at visitation for 4 1/2 hours to see everyone. We haven't counted yet but know there were hundreds of people there tonight. Her funeral is tomorrow at 11:00 at our church. They are putting a closed circuit TV in the Family Life center to accomodate the spill over from the sanctuary. Please pray for us to have the strength to handle all of this.
