Welcome to Ally's web page. Ally was diagnosed with ALL lukemia on November 6, 2002. Ally is finished with treatment and got an all clear on her post chemo visit. She is doing well. We thank our gracious Heavenly Father for how well she has done throughout all of her illness. We also thank all of our family and friends for all of their continued love, support and prayers. Thanks also to the best staff in the world at Children's Hospital of Alabama. You all are the most wonderful people in the world. Thanks for taking the time to visit Ally's webpage.
Journal
Wednesday, June 10, 2009 11:50 PM CDT For those who have missed our entries we are going to attempt a quick update as we have now found a little time to relax before Summer hits us again. Busy Busy Busy. Since the last entry we have moved twice and seem to be looking at another one in the future. We now live in Millbrook, Alabama near Montgomery where work is located. The economy troubles have hit everyone around us hard and things seem to be smoothing out now.
As for Ally, she is a healthy 7 year old and is sure to inform people that she is a cancer survivor. She was one of two survivors in our community and this years relay for life was an exciting time for her. She was the star of the show so to speak. We have learned to appreciate life more and more and enjoy everyday we have with our children. They all are fighters.
Please feel free to contact us if needed to talk or just have an ear to listen. We still see the nurses from time to time at Childrens Hospital and continue to pray for the families that are now and have fought this hard battle over cancer. God is a living God and he still hears us and answers our cry for help. In all things that happen he still is a powerful and loving God. Hope does live and it is in Jesus. God bless and we will try to keep things posted as we can.
